Till Behrend

In 2010, Till Behrend set up his own business, Behrend Kommunikation, in Hamburg. Between 1996 and 2010, he worked as a correspondent and deputy head of politics for the Munich-based news magazine Focus. He learned the journalistic trade as a trainee at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. For two years, he headed the southwest regional office of the ddpADN news agency in the financial center Frankfurt.

Hamburg Süd

We have been on board with the Hamburg-based container liner shipping company since the beginning of 2020, providing editorial support for its integration into the Danish Maersk Group and the resulting change process.

Hapag Lloyd

From 2017 to 2019, we supported the Hamburg-based shipping and container transportation company with its internal and external corporate communication. It was an exciting time, because new media channels, but also major upheavals in the maritime industry, required new communicative responses. And the integration of newly acquired companies requires very intensive communication.

We have a long-standing, trustful working relationship with the Hamburg-based agency Hock und Partner, including projects for the Norwegian company Yara, the BMW Sailing Cup and the Extreme Sailing Series.

Relaunch Segel Journal

We reinvented the Segel Journal for the publisher Maximilian Verlag. The trade magazine Horizont stated: “The new editor-in-chief Till Behrend … positioned the magazine at the end of 2011 as a ‘magazine for maritime lifestyle’, relaunched it and so increased individual sales by nearly 70 percent compared to the previous year. Due to the more lifestyle-oriented audience, new advertising clients such as Porsche were successfully acquired.”

Extreme Sailing Series comes to Hamburg

We brought the Extreme Sailing Series to Hamburg together with Hock und Partner. From 2015 to 2017 the top professional international sailing event made three guest appearances in the Hanseatic city. The spectacular race took place on the Elbe River near HafenCity and attracted tens of thousands of spectators. The media reported extensively.

With All In Racing to San Francisco

Off the American West Coast, the German junior team All In Racing took part in the first Red Bull Youth America’s Cup. A grassroots campaign and successful press work generated the funds necessary for participation. The helmsman and tactician accepted an invitation to appear in ZDF’s “Aktuelle Sportstudio”. Numerous TV stations as well as leading newspapers were on-site and reported from San Francisco.

DKV Mobility

From fuel card provider to one of the leading mobility service providers for truck and car fleets in Europe - an exciting process of change that we are supporting through communication strategies.

Mit All In Racing nach San Francisco

Vor der amerikanischen Westküste nimmt das deutsche Nachwuchsteam All In Racing am ersten Red Bull Youth America’s Cup teil.
